dillo-3.0.4-rc2 is available for testing

Hi,

there is a new release candidate available for testing:
http://www.dillo.org/download/dillo-3.0.4-rc2.tar.bz2
The main difference is that the default for background image loading
has changed.
Please give it a try and report back.
