Dillo is missing three functions found in all other browsers

1. The ability to copy selected text.
2. The ability to paste text copied from it/another program.
3. The ability to select all text in the page/address bar.

CTRL+C and CTRL+P doesn't work as I expect them to.

You copy text by selecting it and paste text with the middle mouse
button.
